I am an Ibiza based personal trainer, yoga teacher and nutrition specialist.
My interests are swimming, weight lifting and pretty much everything fitness-related.
I like to describe myself as someone who is passionate about sustainable fit living. Helping others achieve optimal physical health and happiness is exceptionally important to me.
In addition, I don’t believe in following the trends (especially cost-intensive solutions) when it comes to fitness. I like to go as affordable as possible without compromising on effectiveness.
I understand that everybody is different. What works for one person may not necessarily be the best option for another. My job as your fitness advisor is to provide the guidance, support, advice and motivation you need to improve… Even if you have limited resources.
When I’m not working with my clients, I take time out to train, jump rope, listen to music, do yoga. Or, simply explore more affordable ways to help my clients stay healthy and fit through sustainable fit living.
For me, the ultimate satisfaction lies in helping my clients live better lives.
