My Story

Hi! I’m Jenn and I’m so excited to be here to support you through any emotional or physical pain you may be experiencing. I know firsthand how tough it can be to deal with challenges like weight loss, emotional struggles, or chronic pain and inflammation. But don’t worry, I’m here to help you achieve optimal physical health and happiness!

I’m not a fan of following the latest trends or expensive fad diets. Instead, I believe in sustainable healthy living through daily exercise, healthy eating, and improving our daily habits. We’re all unique, so what works for one person may not work for another. That’s where I come in as your fitness coach, providing guidance, support, advice, and motivation to take things one day at a time.

Health and wellness are incredibly important to me because it’s the only way I can feel good with my own condition. I’ve personally dealt with pain and inflammation for most of my life due to Relapsing Polychondritis and back pain. This experience has made me incredibly compassionate and dedicated to helping others feel better about themselves and their bodies. I want to reassure you that change is possible, and my ultimate satisfaction comes from helping my clients live better, fuller, and happier lives.
