Ibiza Yoga classes in San Antonio are a spiritual and healing journey of awareness and awakening through music and movement. As a qualified Ashtanga instructor, the classes are a modern but traditional form of Yoga which re-aligns your breath and body through movement.
Ashtanga is an active form of Yoga as the asanas are connected through a movement called vinyasas. This increases the body temperature and keeps the blood flow moving which cleanses the body from toxins. It also aids flexibility and increases your concentration levels as you connect the breath and movement.
These 1 hour flow style classes involve some of the key elements from the Ashtanga Primary Series. Practicing techniques such as pranayama (breathing), the sun salutation sequences, vinyasa and asanas.
Individual one-to-one or group yoga sessions for adults, children and families. Classes are held in the comfort of your own home, villa, hotel, at the beach or at a location of your choice
