THE GYM JUNKIE PROGRAM

Is it easier or more convenient for you to train in the gym?  Do you have difficulty planning your own workouts and need guidance on what exercises to perform and how to do them? 

The gym junkie program will include workouts catered to your own individual needs.  In order to find out how your program is going to be designed a questionnaire will be provided upon sign- up.  This will request information on the equipment that is provided in your gym and the program will be built accordingly.  Workouts can be designed for 30 minutes up to 1 hour and incorporate all key components of fitness; cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility 

You will have continuous support from an online trainer that will encourage you and make you accountable for your workouts.  For more info on online training click HERE.
