At Jennuine Fitness, there’s no unnecessary pressure put on you; I understand that you may already have more than enough to deal with on your busy day-to-day schedule. What I want to help you achieve is an effective fitness plan that specifically takes your needs into consideration.
I patiently work with you to determine the best mix of exercise, food options and lifestyle changes suitable for your needs by assessing your health history and current fitness. This information is used to create a plan that keeps you be in top shape without burning a hole in your finances.
Personal Training – Need to improve your fitness? Do you need to lose weight or need to improve your strength or cardiovascular skills or flexibility?
Maybe you need a bit of encouragement, a training buddy or advice on how to train effectively and improve your training schedule…..
No matter what your goals are I can get you on the right path to improve your overall physical and mental wellbeing.
Personal training takes place at your home, in the gym or at a location of your choice. Dynamic strength, cardiovascular workouts and flexibility sessions are catered towards your goals. You will also receive the Jennuine Fitness Nutrition Starter Guide and Workouts program on completion of the questionnaires.
Maximum 3 people to a personal training session.
Nutrition consultation – Designed for those aiming for a healthier lifestyle and want to improve their nutrition. Upon enrolment you will be provided with a nutrition starter pack that will guide you on what and how you should be fueling yourself from day to day. You’ll be asked to fill out a questionnaire in order to put together a meal plan and nutrition plan suitable to your needs.
The meal plan will be designed by me and catered towards your needs.
Vegetarian, vegan, fish and keto option available

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Sessions – A unique experience for those that would like to get to grips with the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga series on a one to one basis. This style of Yoga is one of the oldest forms and emphasises emotional and mental flexibility and strength. Making the body light and strong and freeing the body from disease; it makes your body a suitable vehicle your path to freedom. Want to give it a try? All ability levels are welcome.

OUTDOOR FITNESS CLASSES
Outdoor Fitness Classes – Take place in San Antonio at Punta Des Moli next to the Hotel Hawaii. Options available for those that woulfd like to do classes in other parts of the island. Classes include cardiovascular, strength and flexibility / yoga sessions (minimum of 4 people required).
Swimming Lessons – Want to learn how to swim or improve your stoke technique? Lessons can take place at a your home, at a public pool or at the Jennuine Fitness base and are catered for children and adults with all different abilities.
Whether you are a non-swimmer that wants to gain confidence in the water or can swim but you may need improvement; I can help to learn to skills you need.
Advanced – intermediate teaching available; including stroke correction skills, speed for triathlons and sea swimming.
