The 10 minute movement program is designed to get you moving for 10 minutes at a time. Programs can be doubled or tripled up in one day to get a longer workout in if required.
The program teaches you the fundamental exercises with limited jumping and intensity to get you started one step at a time. Providing you with the knowledge to continue confidently on your fitness journey.

Are starting out on a fitness journey and need to learn the fundamental key exercises whilst working out at the same time.
Work from home on a computer and need to get up and move throughout the day
Want to train with limited jumping or intensity
Don’t have much time and want to squeeze in a quick workout throughout the day.
A questionnaire will be provided upon sign- up which you will need to complete and follow all the prompts through out the app. Workouts are designed for 10 minutes and incorporate all key components of fitness; cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility
You will have continuous support from an online trainer that will encourage you and make you accountable for your workouts.
