It is important to understand and consider that it is not just about fitness.  You need to fuel the machine with good healthy balanced meals to get the results you want.

For instance, to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit.  If you have exercised that day and you eat too many calories, fat, or carbohydrates in your meal, you cancel out what you have just done…. and we don’t want that 😉

Also, the body needs to repair after a training session. Supplying the body with what it needs is exceptionally important for it to get strong and grow.  Consequently, if you don’t follow the routine of 80% nutrition and 20% exercise rule, it will be difficult for you to reach your goals.

With this objective in mind I have given you a few recipes that you can get started with.  These are all the healthy versions of foods that I like to eat but modified.  For example, they are less in oil, fat and sugars, but thankfully, they still taste good!

They are also meals that you can make in bulk and keep in the fridge for sometime and take as snacks / meals to work with you.
