Here you will find some free workouts that you can do at home with minimal or no equipment.
There is no need for fancy gym memberships or equipment to get you going in your exercise regime. All you need is some basic gear or just your body weight to improve your wellbeing.
However, if you are new to working out and have any troublesome issues, then be sure to talk to a doctor before taking on a strenuous regime.
Always take time to warm up and cool down effectively. Start slow and be conscious of your posture and alignment and keep your core tight to protect your back. Most importantly, listen to your body. If you feel that your body is screaming at you to stop or you have any sharp sudden pains then do so. It is not a race and a gradual increase in your strength and fitness levels is most effective.
