THE FITNESS CLASSES IBIZA
ASHTANGA YOGA – A modern form of Yoga which connects the poses with vinyasa’s. Align the breath with the movement and cleanse the body whilst increasing your flexibility and strength at the same time.
LEGS BUMS & TUMS – Exactly what it says on the tin. A class focused on toning and strengthening the core, thighs and booty.
CARDIO & RESISTANCE – A high energy class that incorporates cardio and resistance training. Raising your heart rate and burning calories.
SATTVA YOGA – A powerful fusion of Himalayan Kundalini, Hatha yoga and pranayama.
CORE DEFENSE – A kick ass fitness class built on the concepts of self defense. Learn how to protect yourself and get fit at the same time!
STRENGTH & MOBILTY – A slower paced class focusing on flexibility, range of motion and key strength skills.
CARDIO & RESISTANCE – Kick start your weekend with a cardio blast combo. Including strength exercises, resistance work and some Yoga thrown in for good measure 😉
