Getting up and getting active is the first part of your transformation. Try to do more without actually trying. For instance, you can do this by going for a walk on your lunch break or taking the stairs instead of taking the elevator. Similarly, those times when you think about taking the car to the shop when it is only a few minutes away…. walk.
If you have difficultly logging your activity and food you can also use a fitness app like the health app on your phone or My Fitness Pal to track your exercise and your steps. You can also use a smart watch which helps you to keep on top of your activity.
Get moving, increase your activity in the daytime and eat healthy balanced meals.
These are the first steps in improve your wellbeing.
