Yoga in San Antonio ibiza; Jennuine Fitness offers a friendly down to earth Yoga practice.
You will be guided through the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series in a fun and relaxed manner. The practice of the Vinyasa in between the poses increases your body temperature and keeps the blood flow moving, thus cleansing and purifying your body from toxins. It also aids flexibility as your joints are warm from the constant flow of movement and increases your concentration levels as you focus on the breath and the motion of the moves.
Yoga can lessen chronic pain, such as low back pain, arthritis, headaches and carpal tunnel syndrome. Lower blood pressure and reduce insomnia. Just to name a few…
Yoga in San Antonio ibiza – Class Location & Booking
Classes take place outdoors in a beautiful villa garden of lemon and orange trees allowing you to really connect with nature and breathe the clean air. The address will be shared upon booking so please contact me directly once payment has been made and I will send you the pin location.
Pre-booking is essential, you can either go to Tripadvisor or contact me directly to arrange. Classes are taught in English and are suitable for people for all levels of experience. If you have a mat then please bring it along, if not I have some so please let me know and I will save one for you.
Please note that these Yoga classes are not practical for women under 15 weeks or over 7 months.
