Jump rope training involves intervals and multi-functional exercises that uses every component of the body. This challenging, heart rate elevating, fun class burns up to 1200 calories per hour. Blasting your physique whilst conditioning and strengthening at the same time.

Equipment: All equipment provided
Classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness abilities and with various medical conditions, including being overweight and people with diabetes. All exercises within the session can be modified if you have previous injuries or need to work on increasing strength and or mobility.
This 10 Minute Jump Rope & Core Workout for beginners will get your heart rate going and work on your core. If you don’t have a jump rope then don’t worry, do it without!
