An intense and efficient way to build strength and endurance as well as burning calories fast

HIIT is an all out workout combining strength and cardio to create a versatile high intensity session.  Each exercise is performed in strenuous short bursts  followed by a break.  This method of training burns more calories before and after your workout.  Thus, complimenting your strength developement whilst helping you to get shredded.

This is what you will need to bring to the training session.  Feeling comfortable and having these items will help you to workout to the best of your ability.

  • Water
  • Comfy gym gear
  • Towel
  • Trainers
  • Ambition

Session Length: 60 Minutes – 35 Minutes of intense activity

Cost: €60 private session, class sessions minimum 4 PAX €15 each

Classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness abilities and with various medical conditions, including being overweight and people with diabetes.    All exercises within the session can be modified if you have previous injuries or need to work on increasing strength and or mobility.
