Cardio and resistance training incorporates functional exercises that improves your muscle density and increases endurance at the same time.  This powerful combination gets your heart rate up burns calories and eliminates fat and sculpts your phyisque.

THINGS TO BRING

This is what you will need to bring to the training session.  Feeling comfortable and having these items will help you to workout to the best of your ability.

  • Water
  • Comfy gym gear
  • Towel
  • Trainers
  • Ambition

Session Length: 60 Minutes – 35 Minutes of intense activity

Cost: €60 private session, class sessions minimum 4 PAX €15 each

Equipment:  All equipment is provided

Classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness abilities and with various medical conditions, including being overweight and people with diabetes.    All exercises within the session can be modified if you have previous injuries or need to work on increasing strength and or mobility.
