A kick ass, fun boxersice class built on the concepts of self defense. Classes use a variety of techniques such as kicking, punching with or without pads and abdominal work. Delivering a great balance between cardio, resistance work and circuits that will burn calories and tone.

Equipment: All equipment is provided
Classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness abilities and with various medical conditions, including being overweight and people with diabetes. All exercises within the session can be modified if you have previous injuries or need to work on increasing strength and or mobility.
