Balance, strength and mobility incorporates cross training methods that keep the muscles strong and healthy. Improving balance and using your core properly enables you to maximise your training. These combined with mobility exercises will prevent injury and allow you to refine your technique in a safe manner.

Cost: €60 private session, class sessions minimum 4 PAX €15 each
Equipment: All equipment is provided
Classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness abilities and with various medical conditions, including being overweight and people with diabetes. All exercises within the session can be modified if you have previous injuries or need to work on increasing strength and or mobility.
